Rome, Italy, July 2026 — Franco Fiorini has joined Bvlgari, part of the LVMH Group, as Global Compensation & Benefits and HR Budget Director, taking on responsibility for the luxury Maison’s global rewards strategy, HR budgeting, and workforce planning.
In his new role, Franco will lead Bvlgari’s global Compensation & Benefits and HR Budget team, partnering with business and HR leaders to support the company’s people strategy. His responsibilities include defining the global compensation and benefits strategy, leading executive and annual reward processes, overseeing global HR budgeting and workforce planning, partnering with regional HR teams to ensure market-competitive reward practices, strengthening organizational effectiveness through people analytics, and contributing to global HR transformation initiatives.
Franco joins Bvlgari after more than six years with Fendi, where he most recently served as Worldwide HRIS & Compensation & Benefits Senior Manager. Prior to that, he was Human Resources Information System & Compensation Manager, leading HR systems, compensation, and reward initiatives across the global organization.
Earlier, he spent three years at Open Fiber as Organisation, Compensation & HR Systems Supervisor, overseeing organization design, compensation and benefits, HR systems development, and the implementation and enhancement of SuccessFactors, while supporting international position evaluation using the Mercer IPE methodology.
Before moving into HR leadership, Franco spent more than seven years with Enel, progressing through several strategic and operational roles including HR Business Partner – Market Italy, Project Manager – Digital Innovation, Contact Management Specialist, and Team Leader – Sviluppo Sistemi Libero Mercato, building broad experience across business transformation, digital innovation, customer operations, HR partnering, and organizational effectiveness.
With over 16 years of professional experience spanning compensation and benefits, HR systems, workforce planning, HR budgeting, people analytics, organizational design, and digital transformation, Franco brings deep expertise in aligning global reward strategies with business performance.
