Rosemont, Illinois, United States, July 2026 — Culligan International has appointed Jody Andersen as Head of Executive Compensation, strengthening its leadership in executive rewards and compensation governance.
Jody joins Culligan after serving as Senior Director, Executive Compensation at CDW, where she led the design and administration of executive compensation programs for the C-suite and senior leadership team. She partnered closely with the Board Compensation Committee, CEO, and CHRO to develop competitive executive pay strategies aligned with business objectives and shareholder interests.
At CDW, she managed the annual executive compensation cycle, including benchmarking, incentive plan design, equity administration, proxy statement preparation, governance, regulatory compliance, and long-term incentive strategy. She also served as Interim Head of Total Rewards from March 2025 to July 2025.
Before CDW, Jody was Head of Executive Compensation at SVB, where she led the design and implementation of executive and equity compensation programs, supported the Total Rewards leadership team, and prepared executive compensation disclosures and Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A) for the company’s annual proxy statement.
Earlier, she spent more than four years with TransUnion as Senior Executive Compensation Advisor, leading executive and equity compensation programs, supporting Compensation Committee activities, preparing proxy disclosures, managing executive compensation offers, and leading compensation initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions.
She also held progressively responsible compensation leadership roles at CME Group, Discover Financial Services, LendingTree, Washington Mutual, and Hunter Industries, building extensive expertise in executive compensation, equity administration, incentive design, workforce analytics, compensation governance, and regulatory compliance.
With more than two decades of experience across executive compensation, total rewards, equity programs, compensation governance, board advisory, and workforce analytics, Jody brings deep expertise in designing executive reward strategies that support organizational performance and long-term value creation.
