Amanda Archer Promoted to Associate Vice President of Learning Experience & Transformation at Advocate Health

Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, July 2026 — Advocate Health has promoted Amanda Archer to Associate Vice President of Learning Experience & Transformation, expanding her leadership responsibilities as the organization continues to advance learning, leadership development, and workforce transformation.

Amanda assumes the new role after serving as Director of Learning Experience since April 2023, where she led learning strategy, experience design, and capability-building initiatives across the organization.

Prior to that, she served as Director, Leadership Development and Learning Technology at Advocate Aurora Health, leading leadership development and learning technology initiatives following her earlier role as Manager, Learning Technology. She also served as an Organizational Learning Consultant with Advocate Health Care, contributing to learning strategy and organizational capability development.

Beyond her executive responsibilities, Amanda has been a Member of the OnCon Senior Council since February 2025, collaborating with senior executives across learning and development, talent acquisition, HR, technology, and other business functions to discuss emerging trends and leadership challenges.

Earlier in her career, Amanda served as a Global Instructional Designer at McDonald’s, where she designed learning solutions for restaurant managers across international markets. She previously held learning and leadership development roles with DeVry Education Group, Chamberlain College of Nursing, and Medical Staffing Network, building expertise in instructional design, leadership development, organizational learning, training technology, and change enablement.

With more than two decades of experience spanning learning strategy, leadership development, instructional design, organizational learning, and learning technology, Amanda has built a career focused on developing innovative learning experiences that strengthen leadership capability and organizational performance.
