London, United Kingdom, May 2026 — Anne-Marie Headley has taken on the role of Chief People Officer at Optasia, where she will lead the organisation’s global people strategy as it continues to scale its AI-led financial inclusion platform across emerging markets.
Prior to joining Optasia, Anne-Marie served as Chief People Officer at M-KOPA, where she led people strategy for a large, distributed workforce, building scalable HR foundations and advancing AI-driven workplace capability programs across multiple geographies.
She also founded Workforce Buddy, a consulting practice supporting fast-growing businesses and founders in building effective people strategies, demonstrating her strong advisory and entrepreneurial capability.
Earlier, Anne-Marie held the role of Global Chief People Officer at Salary Finance, where she built the organisation’s HR operating model and led strategic people initiatives across international markets.
Her career also includes impactful roles at Google, where she worked as a Senior People Consultant across EMEA, and at Uber, where she led HR strategy across multiple European markets, driving cultural transformation and organisational scaling.
She further built deep global HR leadership experience during her tenure at Cisco, CareerBuilder, and Avanade, shaping talent strategy, operating models, and high-performance cultures across complex, global organisations.
Anne-Marie Headley holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University.
