Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2026 — Anurag Goyal has been elevated to the position of Managing Director – Investment Banking at KEYNOTE INDIA.

Goyal has been associated with KEYNOTE INDIA for over four years and has played a key role in the firm’s investment banking, equity capital markets, alternative investment funds, and corporate finance advisory practice. Prior to his elevation, he served as Executive Director – Investment Banking | ECM | AIFs, contributing to capital market transactions, client advisory, business development, and integrated financial services mandates.

In addition to his role at KEYNOTE INDIA, Goyal also serves as Board Member at the Association of Investment Bankers of India, reflecting his active involvement in the investment banking ecosystem.

Before joining KEYNOTE INDIA, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Ampersand Capital Investment Advisors LLP, where he was part of the core team supporting listed equity investment advisory and SEBI-registered Category III Alternative Investment Fund operations. He also worked as Executive Director & Group CFO at Rashi Fincorp Limited, contributing to investment banking, real estate financing, equity broking, wealth management, secured lending, and AIF-related business initiatives.

Earlier, Goyal held leadership roles as President – Strategy & Business Development at Microsec Financial Services Limited and President – Investment Banking at Microsec Capital Limited, where he executed assignments across IPOs, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, debt, corporate structuring, valuations, and advisory services for SME companies.

His early career includes experience with Provogue India Ltd., where he was part of the core team handling the company’s IPO, and S G C O & Co., where he completed his CA articleship and handled various client assignments.

With extensive experience across investment banking, capital markets, AIFs, IPOs, M&A, valuations, corporate finance, and business development, Goyal’s elevation reflects his strong contribution to KEYNOTE INDIA’s growth and advisory capabilities.
