London, United Kingdom, July 2026: Anaplan has promoted Holly Baker to Director, Talent Acquisition, EMEA, recognizing her significant contribution to building high-performing talent acquisition capabilities across the region. In her new leadership role, she will continue to lead Anaplan’s recruitment strategy across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, partnering with business leaders to attract top talent, strengthen employer branding, enhance candidate experience, and support the company’s continued growth across Engineering, Go-to-Market, and corporate functions.
Holly has been with Anaplan for nearly six years, steadily progressing through increasingly senior talent acquisition leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, EMEA, where she led regional recruitment efforts, managed a high-performing talent acquisition team, and partnered closely with senior stakeholders to drive hiring strategies while reducing time-to-hire and improving recruitment effectiveness.
Prior to that, she was Talent Acquisition Manager, EMEA, overseeing recruitment across Engineering and Go-to-Market teams throughout the region. Earlier, as Senior Recruiter – Engineering, R&D & GTM, she partnered with global hiring managers across EMEA, APAC and the Americas, supporting hiring for engineering, cloud, infrastructure, security, DevOps, customer success, sales, professional services and other critical technology functions while championing employer branding and candidate experience. She initially joined Anaplan as a Technical Recruiter, supporting the company’s rapid expansion across software engineering and security engineering.
Before joining Anaplan, Holly spent nearly eight years at Dyson, where she progressed through multiple talent acquisition roles, including Talent Acquisition Partner – IT, Talent Attraction Specialist across IT, Digital, Research, Design & Development, and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. During her tenure, she led recruitment for highly specialized technology, engineering, cybersecurity and digital talent while contributing to recruitment transformation, talent sourcing strategies, onboarding, and process improvement initiatives.
Throughout her career, Holly has built extensive expertise in talent acquisition leadership, workforce planning, stakeholder management, technical recruitment, employer branding, candidate experience, recruitment operations, diversity hiring, coaching, and recruitment process optimization. Her promotion reflects Anaplan’s continued investment in strengthening its global talent organization as the company expands its AI-powered planning platform worldwide.
