Pune / Gurugram, India, May 2026 — SKF ISEAM has appointed Mayank Holani as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), reinforcing the organization’s focus on financial excellence, operational efficiency, and long-term strategic growth across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
In his new role, Holani will focus on strengthening financial performance, optimizing business processes, enhancing operational capabilities, and supporting strategic growth initiatives aimed at driving sustainable business success across the region.
Holani currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Head – Controlling & Finance for SKF India Limited, where he is responsible for leading the company’s finance strategy, controlling, financial governance, and business performance management.
Before joining SKF, Holani served as Chief Financial Officer at Indian Synthetic Rubber Private Limited, a joint venture between Indian Oil and TSRC Taiwan, where he led end-to-end finance and IT functions including treasury, FP&A, manufacturing finance, logistics, supply chain finance, digitization initiatives, and strategic business partnering. He also held the additional responsibility of Chief Risk Officer, supporting expansion plans, transformation initiatives, and growth strategies.
Earlier, Holani spent over 12 years at Schneider Electric, progressing through multiple senior finance leadership roles. As Chief Financial Officer – Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited, he led financial strategy, business planning, operational transformation, investor relations, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, and large-scale process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations and finance functions.
His earlier leadership journey at Schneider Electric also included roles across finance business partnering, FP&A, controlling, and service business finance, where he played a key role in business transformation and financial optimization.
Prior to Schneider Electric, Holani held finance and management accounting roles at Cairn India Limited, supporting joint venture finance management, budgeting, forecasting, partner relations, and exploration business accounting. He also worked with Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited, JK Tyre & Industries Ltd., and Ravi Holani & Co., building strong foundational expertise across auditing, compliance, reporting, and financial operations.
With over two decades of experience spanning corporate finance, strategic planning, risk management, manufacturing finance, operational transformation, investor relations, and business strategy, Holani brings deep financial and operational leadership to SKF’s regional business ecosystem.
