New York, United States, July 2026 — J.Crew has appointed Stacey Levitt as Executive Vice President, eCommerce & Digital Experience, where she will lead the company’s digital business with responsibility for the eCommerce P&L and end-to-end digital commercial performance.
In her new role, Stacey will directly lead Site Merchandising, Performance Marketing, and Site Analytics, while partnering with teams across Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Product, Technology, Finance, and Stores to drive profitable growth, elevate the customer experience, and strengthen J.Crew’s omnichannel business.
Stacey joins J.Crew after an accomplished eight-year tenure at Walmart, where she most recently served as Vice President, eCommerce – Walmart.com. In this role, she led end-to-end site strategy and commercial performance for Walmart’s multi-billion-dollar U.S. eCommerce business across Marketplace, General Merchandise, Fashion, Grocery, and B2B, overseeing a 250-person organization spanning site experience, merchandising, and execution.
During her leadership, Walmart.com delivered 14 consecutive quarters of double-digit growth, achieving 28% CAGR since 2019, including 28% U.S. eCommerce sales growth in Q3 FY25, while contributing to more than US$100 billion in global eCommerce sales in 2024. She also championed AI-enabled customer experiences and automation to improve speed, relevance, and execution while strengthening cross-functional collaboration across merchandising, marketing, technology, Walmart+, Marketplace, and Walmart Connect.
Earlier at Walmart, Stacey served as Vice President, Fashion Operations – Walmart.com, where she led the digital strategy for Walmart Fashion, scaling gross merchandise value by 80% year-over-year, improving conversion rates, and overseeing the acquisition and integration of Zeekit, enabling virtual try-on technology. She also modernized content operations through CGI automation, significantly improving efficiency and speed-to-site.
Prior to Walmart, Stacey spent nearly four years with Hudson’s Bay Company as Vice President, Digital Operations, where she led digital strategy, merchandising, and operating models across five global retail brands, managing a 450+ member organization and overseeing more than US$2 billion in annual digital revenue.
She also held progressively senior leadership positions at Saks Fifth Avenue, advancing from Merchandising Manager to Senior Director of Merchandising Operations, where she helped scale digital merchandising operations, optimize site execution, and establish enterprise-wide operating models.
Stacey began her digital retail leadership journey at Scoop NYC, where she launched and managed the retailer’s eCommerce channel after serving in store operations leadership roles.
With more than two decades of experience spanning digital commerce, merchandising, customer experience, AI-enabled retail innovation, omnichannel strategy, and commercial leadership, Stacey brings extensive expertise in scaling high-performing digital businesses and driving sustainable growth.
