Manila, Philippines, July 2024 – Dorothy Jonna Faith Pascua has been appointed as the new Head of HR Employee Relations at BPI Direct BanKo. With extensive experience in HR and employee relations, Dorothy brings a strong background in managing labor relations and enhancing employee engagement.
Dorothy’s recent position was at BPI Direct BanKo, where she served as the HR Labor Relations Manager for one year. Before that, she worked at CloudEats in various HR roles, including HR Manager, Employee/Labor Relations Lead, and Human Resources Business Partner. At CloudEats, she was instrumental in managing employee discipline, labor relations, HR compliance, workplace safety, employee engagement, and vendor management.
Her earlier experience includes positions at RestaurantConcepts Group, Inc. as a Human Resources Officer, at City Garden Grand Hotel as a Human Resources Coordinator, and at Ace Hardware Philippines, Inc. as a Human Resources Assistant. Dorothy’s career began at Gong cha Taiwan, where she worked as a Human Resources Clerk, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, on-boarding, and HR administration.
