Aniruddh Satpute Appointed as Head of Strategy at Advik Hi-Tech Pvt Ltd

Pune, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 — Advik Hi-Tech Pvt Ltd, one of India’s leading and globally recognized automotive component manufacturers, has appointed Aniruddh Satpute as Head of Strategy. With over 15 years of experience across prominent automotive and mobility companies, Aniruddh brings a strong blend of technical, strategic, and leadership expertise to drive Advik’s growth initiatives and strengthen its position in the evolving electric and sustainable mobility landscape.

In his new role, Aniruddh will focus on advancing Advik Hi-Tech’s strategic growth agenda, expanding its footprint in electric mobility, and enhancing technology-led innovation. His deep understanding of the automotive value chain—from R&D and product development to electric vehicle strategy—will be pivotal in steering Advik’s transformation toward next-generation mobility solutions.

Before joining Advik Hi-Tech, Aniruddh served as General Manager – Electric Vehicles at Royal Enfield, where he was instrumental in shaping the company’s electric mobility roadmap and leading strategic EV programs. Prior to that, he worked with Hero MotoCorp as Associate General Manager – Emerging Mobility, driving initiatives in sustainable transportation and two-wheeler electrification.

Earlier, as Program Lead – 2W at Ola Electric Mobility Pvt. Ltd., Aniruddh managed large-scale product development and technology programs within the electric two-wheeler ecosystem. His tenure at Bajaj Auto Ltd. saw him play key roles in electric vehicle projects, powertrain system design, and R&D innovation, while at Tata Motors, he contributed significantly to vehicle integration and powertrain optimization in passenger car programs.

Aniruddh holds an International MBA from IE Business School (Spain) and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management (Germany), with honors in Strategy and Operations Management, as well as a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru. His educational and professional background uniquely positions him to integrate technology foresight with strategic business execution.
