Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, June 2026 — Renova Hospitals has appointed Simran Singh Rajput as Head of Human Resources, marking an important milestone in her professional journey across healthcare, education, talent development, and human resource leadership.
In her new role, Simran will lead the organization’s human resources strategy, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, workforce planning, leadership capability building, and culture enhancement initiatives. She will play a key role in supporting Renova Hospitals’ continued expansion while strengthening its people-centric and performance-driven work environment.
Simran brings a diverse background spanning healthcare administration, learning and development, talent management, employee relations, and human resource operations. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to people development, organizational effectiveness, and creating positive employee experiences.
Prior to joining Renova Hospitals, Simran served as Head of Human Resources at Cocoon Hospital, where she led HR operations, employee engagement, talent acquisition, workforce management, and organizational development initiatives. Her leadership contributed to strengthening people processes and supporting the hospital’s operational and growth objectives.
Earlier, she worked with Shalby Limited as Assistant Manager, gaining valuable experience in healthcare administration and human resource management within a leading healthcare organization.
Before that, Simran spent three years with Shalby Academy, where she progressed through roles including Senior Executive and Academic Coordinator. During this period, she was actively involved in training, learning and development, leadership initiatives, academic operations, and business development activities, helping strengthen capability-building programs and organizational learning frameworks.
She began her professional journey in the education sector as a Teacher, where she spent more than five years developing strong foundations in leadership, communication, people development, and stakeholder management.
Simran holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Jaipur National University.
With her blend of healthcare, education, training, and HR leadership experience, Simran is well-positioned to support Renova Hospitals in building a high-performance culture, strengthening employee engagement, and advancing the organization’s long-term people strategy.
