Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2026 — Brainvire has appointed Tina Mathew as Head – Human Resources, reinforcing its commitment to talent excellence, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and building a future-ready workforce to support its continued growth and digital transformation journey.
In her new role, Tina will lead the company’s human resources strategy, focusing on strengthening talent management, leadership development, organizational culture, employee experience, workforce planning, and people transformation initiatives. She will play a critical role in aligning people strategies with business objectives while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning across the organization.
Tina brings more than two decades of diverse experience in human resources leadership, talent management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, workforce transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and HR technology. Throughout her career, she has successfully partnered with business leaders and boards to drive strategic people initiatives across large-scale technology and services organizations.
Prior to joining Brainvire, Tina served as Head of Human Resources at NSEIT Limited, where she partnered closely with the CEO, CXOs, and Board leadership on organization design, succession planning, leadership development, cultural transformation, and workforce strategy. During her tenure, she led large-scale talent acquisition programs, HR digitization initiatives, compensation transformation, acquisition integration programs, and enterprise-wide HRMS modernization while supporting a workforce of over 3,400 employees across India and international markets.
Earlier, she held leadership positions at Mastek Ltd., where she led Talent Management and Total Rewards initiatives across India, the United Kingdom, and the United States. She played a pivotal role in designing scalable reward frameworks, strengthening HR operations, implementing organizational transformation programs, and building global HR capabilities.
Before Mastek, Tina served as Head – Talent Management at NSEIT Limited, where she drove strategic initiatives across performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee engagement, succession planning, and leadership development. She also held the role of Service Project Manager, contributing significantly to talent management, rewards, recognition, and employee engagement programs.
Earlier in her career, Tina spent nearly nine years with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where she held key HR leadership roles spanning organizational development, HR business partnering, compensation management, competency framework design, leadership assessment centers, employee engagement, and large-scale integration initiatives. Her contributions included developing competency frameworks across multiple countries and supporting leadership development programs impacting thousands of employees globally.
Tina holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Human Resources) from SIES College of Management Studies, India.
