Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, June 2026 — DriveX has appointed Jyotsna Chaudhary as Head of Human Resources Development, marking an important addition to its leadership team as the company continues to scale its presence in India’s rapidly growing pre-owned mobility ecosystem.
In her new role, Jyotsna will lead the people and organization agenda for DriveX’s next phase of growth, focusing on talent scaling, leadership capability development, future-ready HR practices, and building a high-performance culture that supports the company’s strategic business objectives and expansion plans.
Jyotsna brings over 16 years of rich experience in human resources, organizational development, talent management, leadership development, and HR business partnering across the automotive and mobility sectors. Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation, strengthening leadership capability, and aligning people strategies with business growth.
Prior to joining DriveX, Jyotsna spent nine years with TVS Motor Company, where she most recently served as Head HR BP. During her tenure, she led HR strategy across critical business functions and partnered closely with leadership teams to drive workforce transformation, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives. Earlier, as Senior Lead – HR Business Partner, she provided strategic HR leadership for the New Product Development cluster, overseeing people strategy for more than 1,400 employees across R&D Centers of Competence and Program Management functions.
She also served as Lead HR Business Partner at TVS Motor Company, where she successfully led a major organizational restructuring initiative aligned with the company’s Vision 2030 strategy, helping transition the R&D organization into an integrated Centers of Competence model.
Before joining TVS Motor Company, Jyotsna spent over seven years with Continental, progressing through several strategic HR leadership positions. As Lead HR Business Partner, she partnered with business leaders across engineering, project management, sales, finance, purchasing, and quality functions, driving talent and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Earlier, she served as Human Resources Development Specialist, leading the deployment of Continental’s flagship leadership development programs across India, and as Human Resources Business Partner, supporting R&D, sales, program management, and central functions.
With deep expertise in talent management, leadership development, organizational design, HR transformation, employee engagement, and strategic workforce planning, Jyotsna is well-positioned to strengthen DriveX’s people capabilities and support its ambitious growth journey.
