In her new role, Allison will lead a team of talented HR Business Partners focusing on talent strategy, workforce development, change management, coaching, and succession planning.
Allison Jean has been with Abiomed for seven years, where she has held various significant positions. Prior to her current role, she served as Associate Director, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition Leader, leading teams focused on matching top talent to life-changing opportunities.
Before joining Abiomed, Allison was a Senior Recruiter, Executive Search at PerkinElmer for nearly three years, focusing on mid-executive level recruiting for both technical and corporate function positions. She also worked at Seven Step Recruiting as a Lead Recruiter, managing a team of five recruiters to meet project goals and ensuring top candidate delivery for two years.
Earlier in her career, Allison held the position of Lead IT Recruiter at General Motors for two years, where she led a team that filled 50-75 requisitions per month. She started her career as an Account Coordinator at Teak Media.
