Peddapuram, Andhra Pradesh, India, May 2024 – Dr. Seshagiri Rao V.V.V. is pleased to announce his new role as Head of HR at RAK Ceramics. With nearly four decades of experience in human resources and industrial relations, Dr. Seshagiri Rao brings valuable expertise to his new position. He will oversee HR functions, aiming to enhance employee engagement and organizational efficiency.
Dr. Seshagiri Rao’s most recent role was at Adani Wilmar Limited, where he served as UNIT HEAD – HR. Over his approximately six-year tenure, he managed HR operations, focusing on negotiation and maintaining positive relations with government bodies and local communities.
Before Adani Wilmar Limited, Dr. Seshagiri Rao was at Allied Blenders & Distillers Ltd. as HEAD-HR & INCHARGE ESTATE AND ENVIRONMENT for nearly seven years. He was responsible for strategic HR planning, policy implementation, and maintaining harmonious relations between management and workers.
Dr. Seshagiri Rao also worked at Concast Steel and Power Limited as DGM-HR & P for about two years. In this role, he led a team of 30 HR professionals, ensuring effective industrial relations with four unions.
Prior to Concast Steel and Power Limited, he served at Hetero as DGM HR & ADMIN for approximately one year. His responsibilities included policy framing, government liaison, CSR activities, and dispute resolution with neighboring villages.
Additional Experience: Dr. Seshagiri Rao has held significant HR roles in various companies, including Genting Energy as Head of HR & Admin, Adani Wilmar Limited as Head HR, Navabharat Limited as Manager – HR & Admin, Synergies Castings LLC – Oman as HR Manager, 3F Industries Ltd. as Senior Incharge Personnel, and Aruna Roller Mills Ltd as Office Assistant. His extensive experience encompasses policy framing, government liaison, CSR activities, recruitment, performance management, and industrial relations.
