Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 — Maulin Parekh has been elevated to Senior Vice President & Head, Risk Assurance & Management at Nykaa, marking a significant leadership advancement within one of India’s leading consumer-tech and beauty retail platforms.
Parekh joined Nykaa in February 2025 as Vice President & Head, Risk Assurance & Management, where he has been responsible for strengthening enterprise risk management, governance frameworks, strategic assurance, compliance, operational resilience, and business transformation initiatives. His elevation to Senior Vice President reflects Nykaa’s confidence in his leadership and strategic contributions to the organization’s growth and governance agenda.
Before joining Nykaa, Parekh served as SVP & Head – Strategic Transformation at Pine Labs, where he led large-scale strategic business transformation initiatives across payments, fintech, operational excellence, and enterprise growth.
Prior to Pine Labs, Parekh held senior leadership roles at Deloitte India, where he served as Executive Director and earlier Director in the Strategy & Operations consulting practice. During his tenure, he led large-scale transformation programs for telecommunications, technology, finance, and operational ecosystems across global markets.
Earlier, Parekh built nearly a decade-long leadership journey at KPMG, where he progressed through multiple senior consulting roles including Technical Director, Associate Director, Manager, and Assistant Manager, delivering business transformation, management consulting, strategic operations, customer experience, finance, and procurement projects across telecom, retail, capital markets, and FMCG sectors.
His earlier career includes operational and risk management roles at Vodafone Essar Ltd, where he focused on subscriber risk management and fraud mitigation, as well as surveillance and compliance responsibilities at The Stock Exchange, Mumbai.
With over two decades of experience across risk management, consulting, transformation, governance, telecommunications, fintech, and consumer technology, Parekh brings strong strategic and operational leadership to his expanded role at Nykaa.
