Paris, Île-de-France, France, May 2024 – Hui Jiang has started a new position as Global HR Vice President, Industrial Control & Drive at Schneider Electric. In this role, Hui will focus on leading and driving HR strategies to support the industrial control and drive segment, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals.
Hui Jiang has been with Schneider Electric for over ten years. Prior to the current role, Hui served as Global HR Vice President, Strategic Customer & Segment, Commercial for four years, where Hui played a key role in strategic HR initiatives for global customers and commercial segments. Earlier, Hui held the position of Vice President Human Resources, Global Procurement for nearly seven years, overseeing HR functions related to global procurement and contributing significantly to the company’s talent management and procurement strategies.
