Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, June 2025 – Deepak Pandey has taken on the role of Chief Human Resource Officer at Corpsustain Ventures, a rapidly growing provider of advisory, technical, and assurance services with a global footprint. In this new leadership position, Deepak will be responsible for steering the company’s people strategy, building organizational capabilities, and supporting the company’s mission to deliver transformative, sustainable solutions across diverse markets.
Previously, Deepak was Human Resources Manager at Vision Waves, where he managed HR operations, focusing on human resource development in a growing organization.
Prior to this, he worked as Human Resources Business Partner at Calsoft, where he was responsible for HR management and developing people practices in the organization.
Earlier in his career, Deepak held the role of Recruitment Specialist at TaskUs, specializing in talent acquisition and human resource development, and HR Senior Assistant – Corporate HR at Conduent, where he gained experience in payroll, employee engagement, compensation management, and HR reporting.
He began his HR journey with Firstsource Solutions Limited as Sr. Executive – Corporate HR, handling employee services, payroll, full and final settlements, policy communication, and engagement activities, earning multiple awards for his contributions and performance.
