Chantelle has been with LRMG for over a year, previously serving as Group Change Management & OD Lead. In this role, she spearheaded key organizational development initiatives, enhanced change management frameworks, and implemented strategies to improve employee engagement and leadership effectiveness. Her contributions have played a vital role in shaping LRMG’s people and talent strategy.
Before joining LRMG, she was the Head of Operations at smartUP, a company later acquired by LRMG. She also led large-scale change and talent transformation projects at Strate (Pty) Ltd and FNB South Africa, where she specialized in organizational optimization, leadership coaching, and cultural transformation. Her ability to navigate complex business environments has made her a key player in driving people-focused strategies.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at IQbusiness South Africa and ICAS Southern Africa, where she provided consulting services in change management, coaching, and organizational design. With a background in psychology and an extensive career in leadership development and transformation, Chantelle is passionate about creating workplaces that foster growth, innovation, and high performance.
