Marwen Hasni Appointed as Head of Human Resources at COFAT Group

Siliana, Siliana Governorate, Tunisia, April 2025 – Marwen Hasni has been appointed as Head of Human Resources at COFAT Group, taking charge of the organization’s comprehensive HR strategy and execution. In his new role, Marwen will be responsible for leading HR operations, shaping people management practices, and strengthening employee engagement across the organization’s global automotive systems business.

Prior to joining COFAT Group, Marwen served as Human Resources Manager at Bourns, Inc. for nearly three years. During his tenure, he was instrumental in driving HR strategy, developing robust training and performance initiatives, and fostering a strong organizational culture using platforms like SAP SuccessFactors and Power BI to improve efficiency and impact.

Before Bourns, he spent over 13 years with DRÄXLMAIER Group, a renowned global supplier in the automotive industry. Starting as a Team Leader in Production, he progressively moved up to Lead Project Coordinator and Senior Project Coordinator, where he managed quality initiatives and cost control through overconsumption analysis. He eventually transitioned into HR, serving as HR Supervisor for more than 4,200 employees, where he led strategic HR projects including HRIS implementation, organizational development, and labor law compliance.

Marwen’s career began in production leadership, where he honed his ability to manage performance indicators and coordinate with cross-functional teams—skills that have enriched his approach to people management.
