Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States, April 2025 – Melissa Trujillo has been appointed as Vice President, Talent Acquisition at INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma’s largest locally-owned health system. In her new role, Melissa will lead enterprise-wide recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and the continued transformation of the organization’s talent acquisition processes to meet the demands of a growing healthcare network.
Prior to joining INTEGRIS Health, Melissa served as Director of Talent Acquisition at Ardent Health Services for nearly three years, where she led a team of over 25 professionals and oversaw recruitment across non-clinical and allied health verticals. Her tenure was marked by an emphasis on recruitment technology, workforce planning, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.
Previously, she held dual roles at Hillcrest HealthCare System, first as Executive Recruiter, and later as Director of Talent Acquisition, where she managed recruitment operations for a network of nine hospitals and two major physician groups. Under her leadership, Hillcrest implemented modernized recruitment practices that significantly improved hiring outcomes and candidate experience.
Earlier in her career, Melissa served as Recruiting Manager at AcctKnowledge, a specialist accounting and finance placement firm, where she sharpened her expertise in candidate selection and relationship management. She also worked in the financial services sector, holding internal audit roles at BOK Financial and Cherokee Nation Entertainment, bringing a unique combination of compliance and operations insight into her HR leadership approach.
