Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, April 2026 — Jai Ganesh Nanjan has started a new position as Head – Administration, Infrastructure and Facilities Management at CAMS Limited, where he will lead the organization’s corporate real estate portfolio and oversee infrastructure and facility management operations across India. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across multiple office locations, driving strategy for premises management, security, and facilities, while enabling high reliability of critical infrastructure systems.
In his current role, Jai Ganesh Nanjan is managing a large-scale corporate real estate portfolio and ensuring 99.99% uptime of on-premises data center operations, while also leading and developing a team of over 50 professionals. His focus includes strengthening infrastructure reliability, enhancing workplace operations, and building scalable systems aligned with business growth.
Prior to joining CAMS Limited, he served as Vice President – Facilities, Administration and Procurement at DBS Bank, where he led large-scale facility management and administration initiatives across India. During his tenure, he engineered pan-India integrated facilities management deployment across nearly 10 lakh square feet, delivering significant cost savings through SLA-led models and vendor governance. He also played a key role in transforming branch infrastructure networks, enhancing procurement strategies, and implementing AI-driven dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
Earlier, he was associated with IndoStar Capital Finance Ltd. as AVP & Head – Administration & Procurement, where he led corporate real estate and facilities operations across 250+ locations nationwide. His leadership resulted in cost optimization, improved vendor governance, and stronger compliance frameworks. He also worked with Edelweiss Life Insurance as Lead – Facility, Administration & Procurement, driving procurement transformation, operational excellence, and workplace safety initiatives.
In the earlier phase of his career, Jai Ganesh Nanjan held leadership roles at Axis Bank as Regional Head – Facilities and Administration, managing large-scale outsourced workforce operations and strengthening governance and compliance frameworks. He also worked with Saatveeka Steels and Alloys Pvt Ltd. in administration and business operations roles.
Notably, he began his professional journey with the Indian Air Force, where he served for several years as part of training and administrative functions. During his tenure, he received multiple recognitions, including awards from the Governor of Punjab and the District Collector of Belgaum for leadership, training excellence, and life-saving efforts during emergency operations. This foundation reflects his strong discipline, leadership, and operational excellence.
