New Delhi, Delhi, India, April 2026 — Shashank Bhargava has started a new position as Client Partner / Executive Director at ABC Consultants, where he will lead executive search mandates, leadership hiring, and strategic talent advisory engagements. In this role, he will focus on delivering high-impact hiring solutions and partnering with organizations to build strong leadership pipelines.
Prior to this elevation, Shashank Bhargava has been associated with ABC Consultants for over six years, most recently serving as Associate Director, and earlier as Head, where he played a key role in strengthening client relationships and delivering senior-level hiring mandates across industries. His journey within the firm reflects consistent growth and recognition of his expertise in executive search and talent advisory.
Before joining ABC Consultants, he served as Practice Head – Manufacturing & Infrastructure at Grassik Search Pvt Ltd., where he managed and scaled a profitable practice, leading business acquisition, execution, and team development. His role involved driving both top-line growth and profitability, while successfully delivering senior and leadership-level assignments.
Earlier in his career, Shashank Bhargava held leadership roles across business development and strategy in organizations such as iCAM Systems LLP as Director, and Hanergy Holding Group as Country Head – Business Development, where he worked on building market strategies, expanding customer bases, and delivering innovative solutions in the energy and infrastructure space.
He also brings strong experience from global organizations such as DuPont as Business Development Manager – South Asia, and earlier roles with Tata BP Solar, National Oilwell Varco, Grundfos Pumps India, and Godrej, where he built a solid foundation in sales, marketing, and business development across industries.
Shashank Bhargava holds a PGDHRM from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development and an MBA in Marketing from J K Institute of Management, combining strong academic grounding with extensive industry experience.
