Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, April 2026 — Mohit Dhamne has been elevated to Group Chief Executive Officer at Republic World, marking a significant leadership milestone in his nearly decade-long journey with the network.
In his new role, Mohit Dhamne will steer Republic World’s strategic direction, operational excellence, and growth trajectory. His elevation reflects the organization’s confidence in his leadership across finance, business transformation, automation, governance, and strategic planning.
Before being elevated to Group Chief Executive Officer, Mohit served as Chief Financial Officer at Republic World, where he played a key role in strengthening financial frameworks and supporting business transformation initiatives. Earlier, he served as Company Secretary & EVP Finance, contributing to finance leadership, corporate governance, and operational efficiency across the network.
Prior to Republic World, Mohit served as Chief Financial Officer – India Operations at TOPSGRUP Security Services, where he drove business and financial transformation, commercial strategy, growth initiatives, financial performance analysis, automation of invoicing, and centralized payroll processing.
Earlier, he worked as Associate Vice President Finance & Company Secretary at ISS A/S India, where he managed finance functions across facility management, catering, pest control, office support, and security businesses. His responsibilities included financial planning, monitoring, reporting, risk management, banking relationships, statutory coordination, and liaison with auditors, tax advisors, legal advisors, and vendors.
Mohit also worked as Senior Executive at Tata Motors, handling business planning, budgets, MIS reporting, SAP-based financial analysis, and deviation reviews. He began his post-qualification career as Management Trainee at Wockhardt Ltd., where he worked in treasury, cash management, loans, audits, insurance, forex risk support, and SAP implementation. His early professional foundation was built at K S Aiyar & Co., where he worked as an Articled Trainee across statutory audits, tax audits, company secretarial work, and business support.
Mohit holds an EMBA / PGPMAX from the Indian School of Business, adding further strategic leadership depth to his finance and governance background.
