Bengaluru, Karnataka, India | July 2026 — Assetz Property Group has appointed Richa Verma Agrawal as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its leadership team as the company continues its next phase of growth. In her new role, Richa will lead the company’s overall human resources function, overseeing people strategy, workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, organisational development, performance management, learning and capability building, employee experience, rewards, culture transformation, HR digital transformation, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), governance, compliance, and board-level people initiatives.
Richa joins Assetz Property Group with nearly two decades of HR leadership experience across technology, banking, financial services, manufacturing, and global business services.
Most recently, she served as Head of People Experience – Senior Director at Flipkart, where she led enterprise-wide people experience, HR operations, payroll, ethics and compliance, HR transformation, HR technology, and HR business partnering. She played a key role in strengthening employee lifecycle processes while driving operational excellence and digital HR transformation.
Prior to Flipkart, Richa spent nearly three years with Honeywell, serving as Human Resources Director and Head of APAC & EMEA Payroll, while also leading the company’s Bengaluru HR Services site. She drove HR service transformation across multiple regions, accelerated automation initiatives, led payroll excellence programmes, championed DEI initiatives, and played a pivotal role in employee wellbeing during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Earlier, she served as Regional Head – HR Enablement Functions (Vice President) at Deutsche Bank, leading onboarding, capability enablement, learning, background screening, and HR shared services across APAC, while also supporting global operations.
She also held leadership positions as Vice President at ANZ, overseeing global HR shared services and employee lifecycle operations, and as Assistant Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, leading payroll operations, HR data integrity, accounting, and strategic HR operations.
Her earlier career includes management roles with Hewitt Associates, Convergys, Wipro Spectramind, Dundee Bancorp India, and the Academy for Information Technology and Management (AITM), where she developed expertise spanning HR operations, technology, service delivery, and people management.
With a career spanning human resources, HR transformation, shared services, payroll, employee experience, HR technology, organisational development, talent management, and culture transformation, Richa brings extensive leadership expertise to Assetz Property Group as it continues strengthening its people agenda and organisational capability.
