Singapore, May 2026 — Jennifer Tay has started a new position as Head of Energy & Infrastructure, Asia at Baringa, bringing more than two decades of strategic leadership experience across infrastructure, capital projects, energy, finance, and advisory services across Asia-Pacific.
Before joining Baringa, Jennifer served as PwC Asia Pacific Infrastructure Leader and held multiple senior leadership roles at PwC Singapore, including Infrastructure Leader, Partner, and Managing Director, where she led large-scale infrastructure advisory, capital projects, and strategic transformation initiatives across the region.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer held leadership roles at Singtel, where she led major M&A and IPO initiatives including the NetLink NBN Trust IPO, as well as positions at PwC Singapore, SMRT Corporation Ltd, and Singapore Power Ltd, developing deep expertise in corporate finance, infrastructure development, capital markets, and strategic planning.
In addition to her corporate leadership, Jennifer also serves as a Board Member at the Singapore Food Agency, further strengthening her governance and regional policy credentials.
