Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, May 2026 — Yugavel Manickam has started a new position as Head of Human Resources at Suguna Foods Private Limited, bringing extensive HR leadership experience across manufacturing, engineering, retail, poultry, and industrial sectors.
Before joining Suguna Foods, Yugavel served as Group HR Head – Thermax, Cooling at Thermax Limited, where he led HR priorities for the cooling business. Earlier, he held senior HR roles at Wittur Group, including General Manager – HR and Plant Head – HR.
His previous experience includes HR leadership roles at Saint-Gobain Group in India, EID Parry (India) Ltd, and Reliance Retail, where he built strong expertise in employee relations, plant HR, talent management, workforce engagement, and HR operations.
