Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, August 2026 — Everest Group has appointed Karan Bhalla as Director – Global Talent Acquisition, strengthening its global people and recruitment leadership. In his role, Karan will lead talent acquisition strategy across geographies, enhance hiring processes, build leadership pipelines, and support the organization’s growth across consulting, advisory, business development, and corporate functions.
Karan brings more than 16 years of experience across talent acquisition, leadership hiring, strategic workforce planning, recruitment transformation, talent intelligence, and stakeholder management. At Everest Group, he has been leading global talent acquisition with a focus on aligning workforce priorities with business strategy, partnering with CXOs and senior leadership, and building scalable hiring models across markets.
Prior to Everest Group, Karan served as Associate Director – Talent Acquisition, South Asia at IQVIA, where he led talent acquisition strategy for consulting and commercial functions across the region. His mandate included leadership hiring, niche capability building, workforce forecasting, market intelligence, and strengthening talent pipelines across analytics, healthcare, and life sciences consulting.
Earlier, Karan spent more than seven years with KPMG, where he served as Associate Director – Talent Acquisition Leader for the Advisory Practice. In this role, he led end-to-end hiring across strategy, risk, deal advisory, transformation, and government consulting, while also building talent acquisition operating models, DEI-focused sourcing strategies, market intelligence frameworks, and high-performing recruitment teams.
His earlier career includes serving as Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition for the Tax Practice at Deloitte, Recruitment Specialist at American Express, and Recruiter at Royal Bank of Scotland, where he built a strong foundation in technology, banking, consulting, and professional services hiring.
Karan holds an MBA in Business Management from Amity University, Greater Noida Campus, complementing his extensive experience in global recruitment, talent strategy, and organizational growth.
