Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, May 2026 — Arshi Moghaiz has started a new position as AVP – HR Reporting Partner at Citi, marking an important elevation in her seven-year journey with the global financial institution.
In this role, Arshi will deliver HR reporting, workforce analytics, and business insights to support leadership decision-making. She will analyze workforce trends, KPIs, headcount data, and people metrics while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve reporting accuracy, governance, and process efficiency.
Before this role, Arshi served at Citi as Senior Business Analyst – PMO Governance and Business Management, Business Specialist, and Human Resources Analyst, gaining strong experience across HR analytics, governance, business management, reporting, and people operations.
Earlier, she completed HR assignments with HDFC Bank, World Resources Institute, Crossover Catalyst, and Yellowbox HR Services, building a foundation in recruitment, competency mapping, and social sector hiring.
