Adani Realty Elevates Ankur Modi as Associate Vice President

Gurugram, Haryana, India, June 2026 — Adani Realty has elevated Ankur Modi to the position of Associate Vice President. In his new role, he will continue to contribute to the company’s growth and project development initiatives while supporting the delivery of large-scale real estate developments across key markets.

Ankur has been associated with Adani Realty for more than four years and has played an important role in driving project execution, design coordination, development planning, and operational excellence across multiple real estate projects. Prior to his elevation, he served as General Manager, where he contributed to the successful execution of several strategic initiatives and development programs.

Before joining Adani Realty, Ankur served as General Manager at M3M India Private Limited, where he was involved in the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale real estate projects across the National Capital Region.

Earlier, he spent more than seven years with RSP, progressing through leadership positions including Associate Director and Senior Associate. During his tenure, he was responsible for project coordination, design management, stakeholder engagement, and execution of large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Prior to RSP, Ankur served as Senior Project Architect (Technical Head) at Sorg Architects India, where he led project coordination and execution for large integrated housing developments across the Delhi-NCR region. Earlier in his career, he held architectural and urban design roles with organizations including RSP Design Consultants India, Global Design Associates, and Venkatraman & Associates, gaining extensive experience in master planning, township development, urban design, commercial projects, institutional developments, and integrated housing projects.

With more than two decades of experience spanning architecture, urban design, master planning, project management, design coordination, and real estate development, Ankur brings deep domain expertise and leadership capabilities to his expanded role. His elevation reflects Adani Realty’s confidence in his ability to contribute to the organization’s continued growth and development ambitions.
