In his new role as Executive Vice President, Verma will continue to drive the growth and expansion of MAX@Home, strengthening its position as a leading provider of hospital-quality healthcare services delivered in the comfort of patients’ homes. His elevation reflects the organization’s confidence in his ability to scale operations, accelerate growth initiatives, and enhance patient-centric healthcare solutions across India.

Verma joined MAX@Home as Vice President & Business Head and quickly established himself as a key leader driving business performance and strategic execution. In 2024, he was elevated to Senior Vice President & Business Head, where he successfully led business growth initiatives, operational excellence programs, and expansion strategies that further strengthened the organization’s market position in the rapidly growing home healthcare segment.

Prior to his leadership role at MAX@Home, Verma served with MAX Lab, where he held several senior positions including Vice President & Head – Sales, Marketing and Business Strategy, Sales and Marketing Specialist, and Vice President & Head Sales. During this period, he played a critical role in driving revenue growth, strengthening brand positioning, leading sales transformation initiatives, and supporting strategic projects including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures to accelerate business expansion.

Earlier in his career, Verma held leadership positions with Max Healthcare and MAX Healthcare Limited, including AVP and General Manager, where he led sales and business development initiatives across diagnostic and healthcare services. He also spent nearly eight years with SRL Limited as Deputy General Manager – Corporate Sales, building extensive expertise in healthcare sales, client engagement, business development, and market expansion. His strong track record of delivering growth and leading high-performing teams has made him a respected leader in the healthcare industry.
