Paris, France, May 2026 – Trace One has announced the appointment of Thomas Bouttier as its new Chief Sales Officer (CSO).
Thomas joins Trace One at an important stage of growth and international expansion as the company continues strengthening its AI-powered product lifecycle management and regulatory intelligence capabilities for global brands across food & beverage, cosmetics, and chemicals industries.
With extensive international leadership experience across SaaS, enterprise technology, collaboration platforms, and construction technology, Thomas Bouttier brings deep expertise in revenue growth, go-to-market strategy, customer success, international sales, and commercial transformation.
Before joining Trace One as Chief Sales Officer, Thomas Bouttier served as Group Chief Revenue Officer at Sogelink, one of Europe’s leading construction technology companies. As a member of the executive leadership team, he led the company’s global Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success functions while supporting the organization’s digital transformation and expansion initiatives across the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Prior to Sogelink, Thomas spent nearly 15 years with PGi, where he held multiple senior international leadership positions across Europe and North America. As Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Vice President – Global Sales & Customer Success, he led global commercial strategy, sales operations, and customer success initiatives for the company’s collaboration and communications technology business.
During his tenure at PGi, he also served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales, Vice President – Global Carrier Partners, and General Manager for Canada, where he played a key role in international business expansion, revenue acceleration, channel partnerships, leadership development, and go-to-market execution across multiple global markets.
Earlier in his career, Thomas held product management, marketing, and communications roles across organizations including Chevron and Gergovie, building foundational expertise in brand management, digital communications, partnership development, and enterprise technology solutions.
Across his career, Thomas Bouttier has built strong capabilities in scaling international commercial organizations, customer growth strategy, sales transformation, leadership development, SaaS business expansion, and global go-to-market execution.
