With over two decades of cross-sector leadership experience spanning the Indian Army, cement, automotive, and real estate industries, Rahul brings a rich blend of strategic HR acumen, operational excellence, and people-centered leadership to his new role.
Before joining Peninsula Land Ltd., Rahul served as General Manager – Human Resources at Kohinoor Group Pune, where he played a key role in driving HR transformation, leadership development, and cultural integration initiatives across the group’s real estate and education verticals. His contributions helped streamline talent processes and strengthen employee engagement across multiple business units.
Prior to Kohinoor, he held a senior leadership role as Senior Vice President – Human Resources and Administration (Head HR) at ALD Automotive India, where he led end-to-end people strategy, organizational restructuring, and HR technology adoption. Rahul’s tenure at ALD Automotive marked significant strides in operational excellence, leadership alignment, and employee experience enhancement.
Earlier in his career, Rahul was associated with ACC Limited as Human Resources Development Specialist, where he focused on talent development, leadership capability building, and workforce planning for large-scale manufacturing operations. He began his professional journey with the Indian Army, serving as a Commissioned Officer (Major), where he led diverse teams in strategic planning, training, logistics, and human resource management — developing a strong foundation in discipline, leadership, and team cohesion.
At Peninsula Land Ltd., Rahul will lead the company’s HR function, focusing on aligning human capital strategy with business growth, fostering a culture of innovation, and driving leadership development across the organization.
