Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 — Vivek Ratnawat has been promoted to Associate Vice President (AVP) at Godrej Properties Limited, marking an important elevation in his nearly 12-year journey with the company.
Vivek has held multiple leadership roles at Godrej Properties, including Senior General Manager, General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Senior Manager Planning, Manager Planning, and Assistant Manager Planning. His work has spanned planning leadership, project direction, and pan-India planning responsibilities.
Before joining Godrej Properties, Vivek worked with Realization Technologies, where he supported implementation of major projects across hospitality, manufacturing, and textile expansion. Earlier, he served as Assistant Manager at Reliance Energy Limited.
