Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2026 — Pankaj Dhawan has started a new position as Executive Director, Human Capital at Deloitte India, bringing extensive consulting, transformation, strategy, change management, and business advisory experience.
Before joining Deloitte India, Pankaj spent 14 years with Accenture, where he held progressive leadership roles including Senior Manager, Manager, and Management Consultant, contributing to large-scale consulting and transformation mandates.
Earlier, he worked with IBM Global Services as a Consultant in strategy and change consulting, and with Tata Consultancy Services in business development and sales.
Pankaj holds a PGDM in IT from Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology, strengthening his foundation in technology-led business transformation.
