Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 — Mayank Gupta has been elevated to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at JSW One Platforms Ltd., marking a major leadership milestone within the rapidly expanding digital commerce and fintech ecosystem of the JSW Group.
Having previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Business Head – MSME at JSW One Platforms, Mayank has played a pivotal role in scaling the organization’s operations, strengthening strategic business frameworks, and accelerating growth across its integrated digital marketplace and financial services platforms. His elevation reflects the company’s confidence in his strategic leadership, financial expertise, and strong understanding of India’s evolving industrial commerce and MSME landscape.
Before joining JSW One Platforms, Mayank served as Managing Director at o3 Finance Private Limited, where he was part of the leadership team overseeing asset management, corporate finance advisory, debt restructuring, and special situations investing. His role focused on helping mid-market enterprises navigate financial transformation and crisis management.
Earlier, during his nearly decade-long tenure at KKR & Co. Inc., Mayank served as Director, where he emerged as one of the early architects of KKR’s India credit business. He led over $2 billion worth of complex credit and investment transactions across healthcare, industrials, retail, education, and materials sectors. His responsibilities included underwriting, structuring, execution, portfolio management, digitization of internal processes, and development of mid-market credit strategies.
Prior to KKR, Mayank spent six years at Citi, where he held multiple senior leadership positions across corporate banking, portfolio management, structuring, and relationship management. His expertise included fixed income, corporate lending, risk advisory, structured finance, and high-yield transaction execution. He began his professional journey with Hindustan Lever Ltd. (Unilever), where he worked in product development, innovation, and process optimization.
Mayank holds an MBA in Analytical Finance and Strategic Marketing from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, reflecting his exceptional academic and professional foundation.
