In her new position, Kimberly will lead Omnicell’s global talent acquisition function, driving a proactive, insight-driven, and human-centered approach to hiring. She will focus on designing scalable talent strategies, strengthening partnerships across the business, and enabling teams to attract, engage, and hire top talent that supports Omnicell’s mission of transforming pharmacy and nursing care worldwide.
Kimberly joined Omnicell in 2025 as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, where she played a pivotal role in reimagining hiring practices and building strategic talent initiatives. Her elevation to Director reflects her success in creating innovative recruitment strategies and fostering strong collaboration across the organization.
Prior to joining Omnicell, Kimberly served as Executive Talent Partner at HR Power 10, providing strategic talent advisory services and executive recruitment expertise. Earlier, she spent nearly nine years at CSG, progressing through several leadership positions including Global Director, Talent Acquisition & Attraction, Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition, Manager, Global Talent Acquisition, and Senior Recruiter, Global Talent Acquisition. During her tenure, she led global recruiting teams, transformed hiring processes, championed employer branding initiatives, and enhanced both candidate and hiring manager experiences across the organization.
Her career also includes talent leadership roles at Mortgage Connect, LP, PLS Logistics Services, Celerity Innovation Center, and Executive Staffing, where she managed full lifecycle recruitment, global hiring projects, executive searches, and strategic workforce initiatives. Earlier in her professional journey, Kimberly worked in the field of mental health as a Behavioral Management Therapist and Social Worker, experiences that helped shape her people-first approach to leadership and talent management.
Throughout her career, Kimberly has established herself as a strategic talent leader with deep expertise in global talent acquisition, employer branding, recruitment transformation, candidate experience, and building high-performing recruitment teams.
