In his new role, Rajib will lead strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening Deepak Fertilisers’ market leadership and accelerating business expansion across key growth areas. Prior to joining DFPCL, Rajib served as Vice President at Galaxy Surfactants Limited, where he played a key role in driving business growth and strategic initiatives. Earlier, he was Senior Business Director, Strategy & New Business Development and Business Director – Health & Wellness at Lubrizol Advance Materials India Private Limited, leading new business development initiatives and strengthening the company’s position across health and wellness segments.
Rajib also spent more than 13 years with The Lubrizol Corporation, holding senior leadership positions including Business Director & Global Market Manager, Health, and Business Head, South Asia & Middle East, Beauty & Homecare. During his tenure, he provided strategic direction to regional and global businesses, led commercial and technical teams, launched new products, and delivered sustainable growth across health, beauty, and homecare markets.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Croda, ICI India, and Thermax, where he gained extensive expertise in sales management, business development, strategic planning, and P&L management. Throughout his professional journey, Rajib has established a strong reputation for building high-performing teams, creating growth strategies, and driving business transformation across diverse markets.
