Chicago, Illinois, United States, March 2026 — Publicis Groupe has welcomed Ivan Czwan Altobelli as Chief Talent Officer, Creative and Production US, within Publicis Groupe Creative & Production US. In this role, Altobelli will partner with leadership and teams across creative and production functions to strengthen talent strategy, capability building, and organizational readiness as production models continue to evolve.

Prior to joining Publicis Groupe, Ivan Czwan Altobelli served as EVP, Global Chief People Officer at McCann Worldgroup from December 2024 to January 2026, where he led people strategy at a global level and supported the organization’s talent agenda across markets and disciplines.
Before McCann Worldgroup, he held senior people leadership roles at dentsu, including United States & LATAM Chief People Officer (January 2024 to December 2024), Global Chief People Officer, Dentsu Creative (April 2022 to January 2024), and Americas Creative Service Line HR Lead (April 2021 to April 2022). Across these positions, he supported creative organizations through transformation priorities, leadership development, and talent strategies aligned with business growth.
Earlier, Altobelli spent nearly fifteen years at Accenture, progressing through multiple HR leadership roles including NA Interactive HR Lead – Associate Director, Creative Agencies HR Lead – Associate Director, and NA Digital HR Business Partner – Associate Director, with responsibilities spanning human capital strategy, HR operational metrics, executive counsel, and strategic talent management for digital organizations.
He began his professional journey in the public sector as an Accounting Professional at the Illinois Office of the Comptroller (August 2005 to June 2006), where his responsibilities included review and analysis of receivables reports and support for annual reporting activities.
