Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2024 – Priya Korhale has been promoted to Head – Human Resources at Reliance Securities Limited, effective September 2024. In her new role, Korhale will lead the HR department, focusing on managing global HR teams, talent management, and employee engagement across the organization.
Priya Korhale has been with Reliance Securities (Reliance Money) Limited for the past 2 years and 4 months pursuing impactful HR initiatives.
Before Reliance Securities, she worked as a National HRBP at Dhani for nearly 3 years. Her role involved serving as HRBP for various sectors including healthcare, financial services, and business units across Pan India.
Korhale’s earlier experience includes serving as Manager Human Resources at Anchor by Panasonic for about 4 years and 3 months, where she led HRBP functions, talent management, and HR operations.
She also worked as Head of Human Resources at Digital Payments Processing Pvt Ltd. for approximately 2 years and 5 months. Her responsibilities included managing recruitment, policy formulation, and employee engagement.
Korhale’s career began as a Human Resources Officer at Mumbai District Central Co-operative Bank, where she worked for about 2 years. Her role involved managing HR processes, statutory compliances, and employee relations.
