Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, June 2026 — Reliance Consumer Products Limited (RCPL) has appointed Sahil B. as National Trade Marketing Manager. In his new role, he will be responsible for driving national trade marketing initiatives, strengthening route-to-market execution, enhancing channel effectiveness, accelerating brand visibility, and supporting the growth of RCPL’s expanding portfolio of consumer brands across India.
Sahil joins RCPL with extensive experience across trade marketing, distribution, e-commerce, key account management, sales, and consumer business development. Over the course of his career, he has built strong expertise in developing go-to-market strategies, managing large distribution networks, strengthening customer partnerships, and driving business growth across multiple consumer-facing categories.
Prior to joining Reliance Consumer Products Limited, Sahil served in Trade Marketing & Distribution roles at ITC Limited, where he was associated with the Cigarettes and Foods Division. In this role, he contributed to trade marketing strategy, distribution excellence, channel development, and market execution initiatives across key territories, helping strengthen brand presence and market performance.
Earlier, he briefly served as Deputy Manager – Sales Marketing at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, where he gained exposure to sales planning, customer engagement, and market development within India’s automotive sector.
Before joining Maruti Suzuki, Sahil spent nearly five years with ITC Limited in various commercial and trade-focused roles. As part of the Key Accounts and E-Commerce team, he managed relationships with leading digital and retail platforms including BigBasket, Flipkart, Udaan, Nykaa, and Jumbotail, while supporting business expansion, distribution development, channel sales, and strategic customer partnerships. He also held responsibilities in Trade Marketing and Distribution, where he played an active role in product launches, merchandising initiatives, market coverage programs, distribution management, and brand visibility enhancement across assigned territories.
He began his professional journey as a Management Trainee at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd, where he gained early exposure to business development, customer acquisition, financial product marketing, and client engagement.
Sahil holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from IBS Mumbai. His combination of experience across trade marketing, distribution management, e-commerce, key accounts, and sales strategy positions him well to contribute to Reliance Consumer Products Limited’s ambitious growth plans as it continues to strengthen its presence across India’s consumer goods landscape.
