Gabrielė Juonytė-Pilipavičienė Appointed as Head of Human Resources Baltics at Novaturas Group

Vilnius, Lithuania, March 2026 – Novaturas Group has appointed Gabrielė Juonytė-Pilipavičienė as Head of Human Resources Baltics, strengthening its leadership as the company continues to expand its position as the largest tour operator in the Baltic region.

In her new role, Gabrielė will lead the regional HR strategy across Baltic markets, focusing on talent attraction, employee experience, performance management, and organizational effectiveness to support the company’s growth and evolving business needs.

Gabrielė Juonytė-Pilipavičienė brings extensive HR leadership experience across logistics, aviation, and services sectors. Most recently, she served as Head of Human Resources Baltics at Raben Group, where she led end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, employer branding, performance management, compensation systems, and HR digital transformation initiatives such as SAP implementation.

Alongside her corporate role, she is also the Founder of CV-Pro.lt, where she has been actively supporting individuals and organizations with career development and HR advisory services.

Earlier, she worked as Human Resources Business Partner at DIVERUS, where she developed HR strategies, built HR roadmaps, supported rapid organizational expansion, and led employee engagement and performance initiatives.

She also held leadership roles at GetJet Airlines as Head of Talent Acquisition, where she led recruitment, learning & development, and culture-building initiatives, and at Lietuvos vaikų ir jaunimo centras, where she progressed from HR Coordinator to Head of Human Resources, managing full-spectrum HR operations and strategy.
