Eric McCarthy’s tenure at Hotel Equities spans nearly three years, during which he has progressed from Senior Vice President of Accounting to his current executive role. His efforts have been pivotal in steering the company’s financial strategies and growth initiatives, contributing to its reputation as a leader in hotel management.
Before joining Hotel Equities, McCarthy was integral to The Hotel Group’s operations, serving as Senior Vice President of Hotel Accounting following his role as Vice President. During his tenure from 2016 to 2021, he was instrumental in enhancing financial processes and partnerships, notably during the strategic alliance with Hotel Equities.
McCarthy’s extensive experience also includes significant roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., where he was the Associate Director and then Manager of Hotel Accounting Shared Services for over a decade, driving financial innovation and service excellence.
Beginning his career in finance at Wyndham Worldwide in 1997, McCarthy’s journey through various directorial roles at Sheraton and Westin brands has equipped him with a deep understanding of the financial dynamics within the hospitality industry.
