San Francisco Bay Area, USA | July 2026 — Corelight has appointed Amanda Berger as Chief Customer Officer, strengthening its executive leadership team as the company continues to expand its AI-driven cybersecurity platform and customer success capabilities. In her new role, she will lead the company’s global customer organisation, driving customer success, professional services, support, customer experience, and long-term customer value across Corelight’s growing global client base.
Amanda brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in customer success, professional services, enterprise software, and technology services. She joins Corelight from Employ, where she served as Chief Customer Officer, following an earlier tenure as Chief Customer Officer at HackerOne, leading customer experience and success initiatives for one of the world’s leading cybersecurity companies. Previously, she held the same executive leadership role at Lucidworks and RichRelevance, building and scaling customer organisations to support rapid business growth. Earlier in her career, she served as Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services at Guidance Software, where she significantly expanded global services revenue and customer success capabilities, and spent more than nine years at MicroStrategy in progressively senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Professional Services.
Amanda also serves as a Board Member at Qbiz Inc. and is a member of FirstBoard.io, a network of experienced technology leaders focused on strengthening board diversity and governance.
