Singapore | July 2026 — Lockton has appointed Shuchi Nihalani as Head of Human Capital Consulting – Singapore & Malaysia, where she will lead the continued growth and development of the firm’s Human Capital Consulting practice across both markets. She will work closely with Lockton’s regional People Solutions leadership to deliver integrated, high-impact advisory solutions that help clients strengthen organisational performance and workforce capability.
Shuchi brings more than 20 years of experience spanning human resources, organisation consulting, talent strategy, and business transformation. She joins Lockton from Autodesk, where she served as Senior People Business Partner supporting the COO organisation. In that role, she advised senior business leaders on organisation design, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and strategic talent initiatives for global sales teams.
Earlier at Autodesk, she worked as Senior People Consultant, partnering with business leaders to drive people strategy, manager capability, and the adoption of global HR programmes across the organisation.
Prior to moving in-house, Shuchi built a distinguished consulting career with Willis Towers Watson, where she served as Practice Leader and Senior Consultant, specialising in talent management, organisational alignment, leadership capability, and workforce transformation for multinational organisations.
She previously spent nearly seven years with Mercer, advising multinational corporations and Singapore government agencies on organisation redesign, workforce planning, rewards strategy, competency frameworks, and national skills development initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she held consulting roles with Avalon Consulting, Hewitt Associates, and organisations in the United Kingdom, developing expertise in business strategy, organisational effectiveness, and HR transformation.
Shuchi holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
