Bengaluru, Karnataka, India | July 2026 — SILA Group has elevated Abzal H to the role of Vice President – Human Resources | Talent Strategy | People & Culture, reinforcing its leadership team as the company continues to expand its integrated real estate and business services portfolio.
In his new role, Abzal will lead Talent Acquisition and People Culture across the SILA Group, aligning people strategy with business objectives to drive growth, strengthen leadership capability, and build high-performing organisations. He will partner closely with business leaders on workforce strategy, organisational capability, leadership development, and scalable people practices that support sustainable business growth and operational excellence.
Abzal has been with SILA Group for nearly two years, having previously served as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources and Head – Talent Acquisition, People & Culture, where he played a key role in strengthening the organisation’s talent and people agenda.
Prior to joining SILA, he spent over seven years with Dusters Total Solution Services Private Limited, progressing from Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition to Assistant General Manager, leading large-scale recruitment and talent initiatives.
Earlier in his career, he held talent acquisition and recruitment leadership roles with CareerNet Technologies, TeamLease Services, Ikya Human Capital Solutions, and TMI Network, building deep expertise across recruitment strategy, leadership hiring, workforce planning, and people operations.
Abzal holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Sikkim Manipal University.
