Meenal has been associated with USV Private Limited for over five years, having previously served as Associate Vice President – Human Resources and Senior General Manager – Human Resources. During her tenure, she has led strategic transformation initiatives, enterprise-wide reskilling and upskilling programmes, future skills development, HR metrics, and people capability building, playing a key role in strengthening the company’s talent ecosystem.
Prior to joining USV, Meenal spent more than seven years with Keva – Fragrances, Flavours & Aroma Ingredients, where she progressed from Deputy General Manager to General Manager – Organisation Development & Talent Management, leading performance management, talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, HR technology transformation, SuccessFactors implementation, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and HR business partnering. Earlier, she held senior HR leadership roles with Sahara India, NITCO Limited, Vodafone India, Philips Electronics India, Suzlon Energy, and Convergys, building over two decades of expertise across organisational development, talent strategy, HR transformation, performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
With more than 20 years of HR leadership experience, Meenal brings deep expertise in organisation development, talent management, leadership capability, HR digital transformation, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and strategic workforce planning, positioning her well to support USV’s continued growth.
