Cairo, Egypt, June 2025 – Ahmed Mahmoud has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Pyramakerz Technologies, marking a significant step in the company’s growth and commitment to strengthening its people and culture strategies. In his new role, Ahmed will be responsible for driving the HR vision, designing people-focused policies, and aligning talent initiatives with the company’s mission to revolutionize STEAM education for learners worldwide.
Ahmed brings nearly eight years of experience as HR Manager at Futures Language School, Cairo, where he developed and executed HR strategies that improved talent acquisition, retention, compliance, and employee development. He led the digital transformation of HR systems, integrated payroll and performance management, and managed payroll for over 5,000 employees. His leadership enabled the rollout of employee engagement programs and comprehensive benefits packages, ensuring a positive work environment and effective HR operations.
Before this, Ahmed served as Human Resources Operations Manager at Hanco Automotive in Saudi Arabia, where he implemented standardized HR processes, ensured regulatory compliance, and oversaw HR administrative functions across multiple regions. His experience also includes a tenure as Human Resources Supervisor at upsource by solutions, where he enhanced efficiency through process improvements, handled large-scale payroll operations, and drove employee engagement through structured programs.
Ahmed’s professional journey began with roles in finance and audit at ECCO Outsourcing, Dalydress Group, and Travco Group. Here, he managed payroll administration, internal audits, accounts reconciliation, and financial reporting, building a strong foundation in operational excellence and compliance. This blend of HR and financial expertise enables Ahmed to offer a holistic perspective on people management.
