Bringing more than 15 years of experience across human resources, business consulting, leadership development, and cultural transformation, Olga is widely recognized for her expertise in building people-centric organizations and driving transformational change. A consultant and podcaster, she is deeply passionate about the future of leadership, workplace culture, and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to joining Comarch Financial Services, Olga served as Chief People & Culture Officer at Tylko, where she led significant culture transformation initiatives, designed a cohesive future culture framework, and developed executive implementation plans centered around company values and leadership development. During her tenure, she successfully reduced voluntary employee turnover, restructured product, IT, and growth teams, strengthened internal processes, and introduced key people initiatives, including total rewards frameworks and performance review systems.
Earlier, Olga spent more than six years at OTCF S.A., progressing through several senior HR leadership positions, including HR Business Partner and Recruitment & Employer Branding Manager, HR Manager, and HR Director. She led global HR processes, developed leadership and talent programs, implemented performance management systems, and drove large-scale organizational transformation initiatives. She also played a pivotal role in creating leadership development academies, continuous improvement programs, and major operational restructuring projects.
Her leadership journey also includes roles at Atos, GE Healthcare, and Alexander Mann Solutions, where she managed high-profile recruitment and transformation projects across Europe for global organizations including Microsoft, Nike, Vodafone, Rolls-Royce, and the UK Post Office, further strengthening her expertise in talent strategy, organizational development, and business transformation.
