Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, June 2025 – Balaji Rajamani has started a new role as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Xforia Global Talent & Technology Solutions, marking a significant milestone in his accomplished HR leadership journey. In his new capacity, Balaji will lead Xforia’s human resources strategy, talent development, and organizational transformation as the company continues to scale its operations in global IT services and staffing solutions.
Prior to this appointment, Balaji served as Senior Vice President – Human Resources & Operations at Xforia Global Talent & Technology Solutions for nearly two years. In this role, he contributed to elevating HR practices, driving business growth, and building a culture of performance and agility within the organization.
Before joining Xforia, Balaji was Associate Vice President – Human Resources at Straive for close to five years, where he played a pivotal role in HR transformation, talent acquisition, and operational excellence across the Greater Chennai Area. His leadership and people-first approach were instrumental in supporting large-scale digital and publishing solutions businesses.
Earlier, Balaji spent over four years with Lumina Datamatics Limited as Deputy General Manager – Human Resources and Senior Group Manager – Human Resources. He was responsible for leading HR strategy, employee engagement, and operational improvements, further establishing himself as a trusted HR leader in the industry.
Balaji’s career also includes significant stints at organizations such as Prasad Corporation Pvt. Ltd., Laserwords Pvt Ltd. (A SPi Global Company), HTC Global Services, LTI – Larsen & Toubro Infotech, Reliance Industries Limited, and EID Parry India Ltd. Across these roles, he demonstrated his ability to drive impactful HR initiatives, build high-performance teams, and align people practices with organizational goals.
Balaji holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (2003–2005), and a BBA in Management from University of Madras (1997–2000).
